1) Grant of License

VOXTALE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use services that reference this EUA, for lawful personal use and subject to all applicable terms.

2) Use Restrictions

You may not:

copy, modify, or distribute service components beyond authorized use;
reverse engineer or bypass technical controls;
use services for unlawful or infringing activity; or
evade platform safety, access, or account controls.

3) Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account, to the extent permitted by law.

Report suspected unauthorized access to support@getvoxtale.com.

4) Service Changes

VOXTALE may update, suspend, or discontinue features as necessary for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

5) Termination

Your license may terminate if:

you close your account;
you materially breach applicable terms; or
VOXTALE discontinues relevant services due to legal or business necessity.

Upon termination, you must stop using terminated services immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8) Governing Law and Disputes

Disputes are governed by the law and dispute framework stated in the main Terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

9) Updates

VOXTALE may revise this EUA from time to time. The latest version and effective date will be published.
