1) Purpose

These guidelines define acceptable behavior to help keep VOXTALE safe, respectful, and trustworthy.

2) Encouraged Conduct

Treat others with respect.
Share lawful, non-infringing content.
Report abuse in good faith with verifiable context.

3) Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on VOXTALE:

3.0 Unauthorized system/content use

Accessing or modifying systems/content beyond granted permissions.

3.1 Illegal conduct and safety risks

Content or behavior that is unlawful, violent, exploitative, or otherwise dangerous.

3.2 Harassment and abuse

Harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse, threats, or intimidation.

3.3 Fraud and impersonation

Fraud, scams, deceptive conduct, identity impersonation, and coordinated manipulation.

3.4 Privacy violations

Doxxing, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, or privacy-invasive behavior.

3.5 Intellectual property violations

Uploading/distributing content without appropriate rights or authorization.

4) Enforcement

VOXTALE may enforce these guidelines through warnings, content removal, feature limitations, suspension, or termination, depending on severity and recurrence.

Attempts to evade enforcement measures may result in additional penalties.

5) Reports and Appeals

Users may report violations and appeal enforcement outcomes through support channels.
